Property Maintenance & Landscaping in Pickering
Pickering sits right against the Toronto border, with waterfront neighborhoods like Bay Ridges along Lake Ontario, established family areas like Amberlea, and newer growth in Duffin Heights and the large Seaton community further north and east as the area continues to develop. It's a town in transition in a lot of ways, and that means we see a real mix of property types and ages. Whether your property has established landscaping that just needs regular care, or is part of newer development still getting its outdoor space built out, we handle both.
Call or text Maple Property Maintenance at (289) 688-3733 — open 7 AM–8 PM, every day.
Seaton's Scale Is Genuinely Different From a Typical New Subdivision
Seaton isn't a typical subdivision — it's one of the largest planned communities in the province, which means the newer end of Pickering is growing at a scale most towns in Durham Region aren't dealing with. That translates to a steady, ongoing wave of brand-new properties needing their landscaping established for the first time, rather than the smaller, occasional pocket of new construction you'd see filling in an established town.
Closer to the lake, Bay Ridges and Amberlea are a different story entirely — established neighborhoods with mature trees and decades of landscaping history, much closer to what you'd find in an older part of Oshawa or Whitby than to Seaton just a few kilometres north. Pickering genuinely spans both ends of that range within one town.

Real Reviews
We recently used Maple Property Maintenance and had a great experience. Nathan cleaned up the side of our backyard, removed a lot of junk and garbage, and even went above and beyond by doing some extra work on the side that we really appreciated. He was hardworking, professional, and paid attention to detail. We're so happy with how everything turned out — the space looks so much cleaner and better now. Highly recommend Nathan and Maple Property Maintenance for anyone looking for reliable and quality work!
