Maple Property Maintenance is more than just a lawn care company—we’re two local owners who grew up side-by-side here in Durham, shoveling driveways as kids and finding every opportunity to earn through hard work. Our business was born from that same drive, built on honesty, reliability, and a shared passion for maintaining beautiful properties in the community we call home.
After years of working together at a couple jobs throughout high school, we finally found our stride in property maintenance—and turned it into something we’re proud to offer across Durham. We don’t just show up; we follow through. If we say we’ll do something, we do it—no shortcuts, no surprises, and no cutting corners on quality.
Maple Property Maintenance is 100% owner-operated and rooted in the neighborhoods we serve. We treat every yard, walkway, and hedge as if it were our own.

Our long term mission is to build lasting relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, and property managers across Durham by delivering honest, reliable, and consistent property care. Today we offer a variety of lawn care and garden services, in the future we aim to become the first name that comes to mind when you think of trustworthy, all-in-one maintenance—whether it’s lawn care, pressure washing, junk removal, or gutter cleaning etc.
